- 4 sweet potatoes boiled and chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green pepper the yellow or red one, chopped
- 10 cherry tomatoes small
- 1 tbsp parsley leaves chopped, fresh, or dried
- 1 pinch of salt
First, boil the sweet potatoes for 25 minutes, then peel and chop them.
After that, chop the yellow or red-green peppers.
Then cut the onion into slices.
Cut the tomatoes into two halves.
Finally, put all the ingredients into a bowl.
Drizzle olive oil.
Add a pinch of salt and toss to combine.
